Benjamin Toney is the Executive Director of Valley/Bridge House, Inc. Valley/Bridge House is a licensed, CARF accredited, highly structured therapeutic substance use program that delivers services to men who are suffering from the disease of addiction. Under his direction, with over twenty-nine years of experience in Addiction Treatment Services, Valley/Bridge House is known for its commitment, compassion and dedication to the men and families affected by the disease of addiction. Valley/Bridge House offers services that are necessary for all individuals to amass from treatment, thus allowing the individual to become a productive member of society and aiding in the process of reunification with family and the community.

Raised in Baltimore City, Ben resides with his wife and grandchild in Parkville, MD. He is currently a member of the Baltimore City Substance Abuse Directorate and the Baltimore City Halfway House Association. Ben is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor and has earned over 100 hours of training in Co-Occurring Disorders. He received his formal education at Manchester College and Dundalk College.

Ben’s altruistic services have earned him recognition by several civic organizations for his tireless effort in the Recovery Community.
